What you'll learn

This training focuses on developing effective team communication and building a respectful, safe workplace. Participants will explore how everyday interactions influence team dynamics, relationships, and overall performance. The course helps identify common communication challenges, such as lack of information sharing, unclear expectations, and ineffective feedback.

A key part of the training is learning how to give and receive constructive feedback that leads to real improvement. Participants will practice using clear, respectful communication, appropriate timing, and a structured approach to feedback conversations. The training also emphasizes self-reflection and understanding one’s own communication style, including how different attitudes and reactions can impact others.

In addition, the course addresses prevention of conflicts and inappropriate behavior, including discrimination, bullying, and gender-based violence. Participants will learn how to recognize warning signs, respond appropriately, and contribute to a positive team culture.
