What you'll learn

This lecture introduces the core mechanisms of hemostasis and explains how disbalance in normal clotting can lead to thrombosis and embolism. Learners will understand the biological basis, key pathological processes, and major clinical consequences of these conditions, gaining knowledge that can be applied in medical education, clinical reasoning, and the interpretation of vascular disease.
