RMA Academy 1: Foundation Training

Target audience: New or early-career RMAs
Competency levels addressed: Foundational to early Intermediate

This workshop will focus on professionals who are new to the field or have recently joined a grant office or research support team. The programme will introduce the research ecosystem, funding mechanisms, ethics, data management, communication, and key personal attributes such as time and stress management. Using RM-Comp as a reference point, participants will begin to build their individual development plans and establish baseline competence for future growth.
