Team Communication and Collaboration

Effective teamwork depends on clear communication, mutual trust and constructive collaboration. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore practical ways to prevent misunderstandings, manage conflicts, give and receive feedback, encourage active participation and make decisions collaboratively. The session will help participants strengthen mutual respect and improve day-to-day teamwork and productivity.
